REQUIREMENTS FOR URBAN PROPERTIES (VIVIENDA TURISTICA ÚRBANA)

Defined according the Art.6 Decreto 28/2016 from 2nd February 2016

 

A)     License for the occupation of the apartment or ‘licencia de ocupación’ ( issued by the Town hall)

 

B)     All rooms need direct ventilation to the outside and some kind of darkening system for the windows (= windows with shutters or curtains)

 

C)     Furnished and with a minimum of devices for an immediate use.

 

D)     Air-conditioning (if rented May – Sept) and heating system (if rented October- April) in all the rooms. There is a period until 11th May 2017 to adapt this requirement.

 

E)      First – aid kit

 

F)      Tourist guide with information about restaurants, shopping area, entertainment area, parking’s, medical assistance, ect in the area of the apartment / holiday destination.

 

G)     Complaint form

 

H)     Cleaning service before check-in and / or after the check-out of the clients.

 

I)        Bed linen with a set of change and household goods.

 

J)       Supply a contact number in case of incidents / doubts according to the apartment.

 

K)      User’s manual of any electric devices in the flat.

 

L)      Inform the clients about the rules of the facilities or communitarian areas of the building (i.ex. pool), the allowance, or non-allowance of domestic animals and the restrictions of smoking.
